The weather is getting nice and the end of the semester is coming. GSA would like to celebrate this time of the year as well as the graduating classes with Boston Harbor Cruise.

During this celebration, we will have coctail hour, main course menu and music, not to forget the two drink tickets we provide.

We are boarding at 7:30 and we will dock & disembark at 11pm.

Come and join us for the biggest event of this semester! The tickets will be on my.bentley.edu by April 16th. (There are vegetarian and meat lover selections)

GSA will provide transportation to the Oddysey Cruises for the ones who is worried about reaching there. It will leave from campus at 6:15pm and will leave from the dock at 11:45pm.

This year’s theme, “Building Latina Leaders, Strong from the Inside Out – Celebrating 10 Years of Leadership,”aims to help women become better leaders – with a focus on improving one’s ability to lead through inner passions and strength, that will enrich, energize, motivate and in turn drive commitment and productivity This years’ Latina Summit is part of ALPFA National 10 -City Tour to recognize the tenth year for the Women of ALPFA program. The event’s keynote will be Eight -term Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez, D-Calif., and also feature Manny Espinoza, ALPFA National CEO. With Deloitte as the National lead sponsor; TJX, State Street Corporation and Liberty Mutual as Boston Lead Sponsors and hosted by Fidelity it will be the largest event dedicated to Latina leaders in Massachusetts. The Women of ALPFA program was developed to empower Latinas and women to reach their full potential. The visit will begin with a one-hour panel discussion over lunch, followed by a tour to the offices. The panel comprises Bentley alumni who are working at McGladrey in various functions and of various levels. It will be a great opportunity for attendees to learn more about one of the most successful accounting firm in the world, communicate face-to-face with professionals with various backgrounds, and network with Bentley alumni. SoLoMo is a fast growing start-up space with products that combine social, location and mobile functionality. Thanks to the prevalence of smart phones and tablets, SoLoMo products can be found everywhere on the mobile internet. e.g. Many social apps are incorporating location functionality in order to deliver better experiences to their mobile users.
