Join us for an informal social mixer with a short number of the Board of Directors for the FPA of Massachusetts, to be held at a very tasty brewery in Waltham on Thursday, December 3rd from 7:30pm - 10:00pm.

This is a great networking opportunity for students interested in entering the financial planning industry, as well as an opportunity to learn more about financial planning from the pros, for those interested in understanding the field.

To maximize the socializing opportunity, we’re limiting the event to 25 students.  If you would like to attend,  or have questions, please email the Graduate Tax and Financial Planning Association at [email protected] ASAP, since seats will fill quickly.  If you are attending, please include your degree program in your email (MBA, MSF, etc.).  Details regarding the venue for the event will be sent to those who register.

New students often request information of existing students from their country to help make their first semester at Bentley easier. We are trying to build up a list of current students who would be willing to mentor incoming students. Mentoring would require anywhere from answering few basic questions over emails or helping them get a mobile connection.

The goal of the program is to provide international graduate students with important information regarding the H1-B Visas, how to apply for them, costs involved and other available options. Also a great place for new ideas, contacts and energy when it comes to the job/internship search in today’s challenging economy.
